In the framework of an impact evaluation of a programme supporting refugees, DEL is implementing a large-scale phone survey with Afghan refugees living in Tajikistan and Kazakhstan. All interviews will be conducted remotely by phone and WhatsApp, using computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) with SurveyCTO. Applicants may be based in Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan or Afghanistan and must be fluent in Dari. As the survey is conducted entirely by phone, no travel is required.
